Biography 

My name is Matteo, born on June 14, 1992, in the province of Venice but currently residing in Amsterdam.
 

Growing up with a bodybuilder father who owns a gym, I have always been passionate about movement in all its forms. Paradoxically, when I was young, I was overweight because I loved high-calorie and unhealthy foods.

All of this changed when I turned 17, and I decided to transform my life by joining a gym and developing an interest in training, dance, and nutrition.

This initial commitment evolved into a deep passion for movement, fitness, and health, complemented by a strong love for science.

I earned a degree in Movement Science from the University of Padua, completed the Invictus certification for personal trainers, obtained several certificates through workshops, and successfully finished the 4th level Pilates Academy at K/C MOVE in Amsterdam.
